Positive 1

Franks lecture was great and it was a full house! Way to go Frank.

Positive 2

Heat packs, I love them, my muscles like heat much more than ice. I even put them in my bed so I don’t have to get in a cold bed.

Positive 3

My play day is Saturday and I am excited to see it and all my movies came in at once at the library. So I am going to have a busy full weekend. Something to look forward too.

A very special friend started seeing Frank after a traumatic and life changing injury. She was severly damaged physically and mentally. She has had to endure multiple surgeries and other medical proceedures. She will be permanently disabled in some areas. Her life has changed forever. The pain, frustration, disappointment and depression are a daily battle.

Frank Clayton is helping her deal with and accept her new life and limits. Frank is a gifted therapist. His skills plus his caring and compassionate manner have saved my friend’s life. He has always supported her and she has come to trust him completely. Her life is better and she is more capable and happy because of Frank.

Thank you for saving my friend, Frank.

Since meeting Frank Clayton, I have been taught to recognize the things in my life that needed to be addressed. How to feel the emotions that I never let myself feel. And most importantly, how to cope with all the people, “some loved, most not even liked” in my life.
With the guidance and support, I’ve received from Frank Clayton. I’ve learned to appreciate the consequences of my action’s. (Before they become a detriment to my own well being).
Sincerely
Ms. Becky E.

Finishing the last week of the Happiness 101 class . Then the final test, found out it was all open book afterwards, so I could of did a little better but I am still “happy” about it . Great course. Thanks Frank for telling us about it!

Positive 2

I got some bad news today about someone I love but really practicing not to react to the news until the parents can get the real facts from the specialist on Tuesday. Practicing self control because reacting to the what ifs don’t help anything. (so hard )

Positive 3

I had a cold call today where everything just fell into place perfectly. I don’t know if I will get the account but I am off to a very good start.

Positive #1: Fireworks! I love the amazing variety of fireworks to celebrate the 4th of July. Sparklers for the little ones. Big fountains for the teens. The city puts on a great show. Something for everyone. I have lots of great memories with my family.

Positive #2: Tattoos. A unique opportunity to permanently express yourself. It could pay tribute to loved ones, have art on your body or something useful, like “If found, please drop in the nearest mail box”

Positive #3: helping a friend move. Today I had the opportunity to help a friend move. I know they felt really supported and I even got some exercise. I also got to see a part of town I hadn’t seen before (Rose Park).

Mike and JanetSALT LAKE CITY — Four years ago I called my best friend, Michael. We’ve known each other since grade school and made a point to catch up at least once a month. When I asked how he was doing, he said “Same (stuff), different day.” He was at work. He told me about how he and his girlfriend, Janet, had gone out to dinner and thought how she might be “the one.”
