Suicide is still a huge problem in Utah. Something must be done.
Positive psychology works. It is so strongly supported by scientific evidence that the Army implemented a program using its techniques – without a pilot program! Positive psychology can help happy people stay that way but it can also help people out of the depths of dispair – even for those who are so depressed they are thinking of suicide. It is for this reason that Happiness 101 is now available on the internet as a Webinar (What is a Webinar? Click here). The same tools and technique taught in Happiness 101 will be taught in the Webinar with an emphasis on suicide prevention. Unlike Happiness 101, there is no deposit required. I want you to be completely comfortable and so I will make it as no-strings-attached as possible. If you struggle with depression, have ever thought about suicide (or know someone who has) or you would just like to be happier, click here to register for the Happiness 101 Webinar to Reduce Suicide in Utah.
Also, there will be an opportunity for 20 people to participate in the Webinar IN-PERSON! The Salt Lake Downtown Library has been kind enough to let us use one of their beautiful rooms to conduct the Webinar. There is only room for 20 people and there are some requirements.
- You must commit to come to at least six of the eight classes
- You must not be a current or former client of Frank Clayton and by attending the webinar you forever forfeit the choice to become a client
- You must be willing to be video-taped
- Must be willing to fully participate in the webinar, which includes in-class discussion and home work
If you meet these requirements and would like to be one of the few to attend the Happiness 101 Webinar to Reduce Suicide in Utah Webinar live, E-mail me your name and phone number
