I wasn’t sure I could do my exercise cause my pain is high with the pollution but I modified it and it helped me feel much better. Glad I went.

I was telling someone this morning about depression being like our grey smoggy skies while not realizing there is a blue sunny sky some where. Then by afternoon here came the blue sunny sky for a few hours. It was like my reward for thinking positive.
