Fall, Sore Muscles, and Thanksgiving – 11/26/14

Wishing I could do something fun today but nothing/no one to do it with. So I forced myself out into the yard, so glad I got a great deal of fall clean up done and mentally felt better.

Epsom salts baths for the very sore muscles.

Positive 3

Thanksgiving leftovers-I won’t have to think of what to eat today.
